What is more clean and fresh than wild finds straight from the earth? My cousin, Dana Nahai of One Haute Plate recently wrote an article for Edible Atlanta Magazine about urban foraging. This article is not only extremely insightful, informative and enlightening, it also makes me really hungry and ready to get out and start foraging myself!
