This month, I am excited to have created and be participating in the August Month of Movement Challenge, where we'll focus on prioritizing ourselves through the empowering practice of movement and physical health. Why Movement Is Vital for Moms' Self-Care

In the journey of motherhood, we pour our hearts into caring for our loved ones, but it's vital to remember that we also deserve care and nourishment. Movement is an incredible form of self-care that can enhance our well-being in numerous ways:
