As someone with the BRCA2 gene mutation, I understand the importance of taking preventative measures to reduce my risk of developing breast cancer. After finding out that I was BRCA2 positive when I was 24, I knew I would eventually have a preventative mastectomy.

Thanks to their expertise and care, my preventative mastectomy was a success, and I feel more at peace knowing that I have taken steps to reduce my risk of developing breast cancer.
